Wakiso district surveyor Bashir Kizito accused of conflict of interest
In an application to the Commissioner Land Registration, seeking the dismissal of a complaint by the Buganda Land Board against Kiham Enterprises (U) Ltd over huge chunks of land in Kigo, Kiham through their lawyers Muwema and Company advocates said Kizito is conflicted as a public officer and a private employee of the complainant at the same time.
