According to authorities, the Ugandan and Kenyan governments, as well as Vitol Bahrain, the lead suppliers of fuel imports to UNOC, have officially found a leveled ground.
UNOC’s Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, Tony Otoa, explained that the split of the cargo aligns with the earlier agreements between the parties.
