Bank of Baroda (BOBU) dealt the most value in turnover worth sh62.4m at sh15. MTN traded sh5.4m, while its price gained 1.18% in the day to close at sh172.

Market turnover at the Uganda Securities Exchange (USE) surged 195.96% to sh72.5m from sh24.5m in the previous trading session, according to a market report from Crested Capital.

Umeme moved sh2.9m at sh400, Airtel Uganda exchanged sh1.6m at sh94, dfcu Limited conducted trades worth about sh140,000 at sh225, while New Vision Printing & Publishing Company Limited moved a meagre sh23,256 at sh153.
The USE All Share Index (ALSI) advanced 0.19% to close at 890.96, while the C11 – Crested’s local companies’ index added 0.39% to 99.28
