The final of the Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU) informal sector football tournament kicked off today at Old Kampala Primary School.
The day started with a match between salon workers and the arcade workers, where the arcade workers lost 3-0, securing the salon workers third place in the tournament.
The PLU vice-chairperson Michael Nuwagira aka Toyota and the organizer of the event, is the guest of honour.
PLU is a pressure led by Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba. Later in the day, the final match will be between Market Vendors FC and Lufuka FC (representing butchers).
