Anatoli Kamugisha will have a book out in August, “From a business tragedy to strategy,” in which he reflects upon his experiences and shares insights on navigating an increasingly stressful world of business.

It’s the newest work by the founder of real estate company, Akright Projects Limited who seeks to teach Ugandans on how to build business empires. His book has taken seven years to write.

As a  businessman, entrepreneur, and investor, Kamugisha shares in his book, the habits, and principles he has developed to successfully adapt to change and overcome various obstacles.

"From a business tragedy to strategy is not just another book on entrepreneurship. It is a jump starter of one’s business dream," Kamugisha says.

"Everything in this book is based on the circumstances of that time when I had so many financial turbulences. While I was having these challenges, I found time to research and engage people from all walks of life. It's from this that I realised that you do not need money to start a business. All you need is an idea and human resources. The purpose of money is to accelerate that business to a certain level. The more money you have, the faster the business grows."

Bringing out the missing knowledge on the practical approach to business establishment and sustainability is what this book is all about. In the subsequent pages, Kamugisha builds on his hands-on experience over time and the ability to turn the impossible into the possible.

"Where there's a tragedy, there must be a strategy for betterment, meaning utilise the bad times with innovations to get opportunities," Kamugisha says.
