Anatoli Kamugisha, the founder of the real estate company, Akright Projects Limited has launched his book, “From a business tragedy to strategy,” in which he reflects upon his experiences and shares insights on navigating an increasingly stressful world of business.

As a  businessman, entrepreneur, and investor, Kamugisha shares in his book, the habits, and principles he has developed to successfully adapt to change and overcome challenges in business and personal life.

"This book is a wealth of knowledge that has been compiled together for the past seven years. The knowledge is to help anyone jumpstart a business and to also manage, an existing one," Kamugisha said at the launch attended by Grace Freedom Kwiyucwiny, the State Minister for Northern Uganda.

"This book also helps young people to become entrepreneurs instead of employees. I am optimistic that many young people are going to embrace the knowledge and I believe that in less than 10 years, the book will have created hundreds of CEOs who will have created their businesses and are managing them."

Kwiyucwiny said the book would help many business people especially the youth and those aspiring to own businesses to learn from Anatoli's experiences.

"It is a good practice to write books. Not very people in Uganda write books. I, therefore, want to appreciate Dr. Anatoli for the courage and decision to share his business experiences through his book," said Kwiyucwiny who also opened Akright City Condominium Apartments.

"The youth have a lesson to learn from Anatoli's experiences. The youth must know that the traditional office jobs are not there anymore. It's a very narrow base. The civil service is only 300,000 officers against 40 million people. But what Dr. Anatoli has shown us is that you can create a job for yourself and others. So the youth should expand their thinking, their vision and begin creating jobs," Kwiyucwiny said.

The book launch coincided with his anniversary for being awarded a Private Lord Mayorship of Arkright elected by the Community, the Local Council, and the Family of Kakungulu who sold him the land.
