Prioritise youth unemployment like it was with HIV/AIDS or COVID-19

Is it time to review the agreements with investors who have been given tax holidays and trusted to create employment for Ugandan youths? Do the agreements define explicitly the quotas for the Ugandan youth’s employment? How many youths have been employed so far? Are the economists measuring youth unemployment and monitoring the indicators to highlight the effectiveness of the interventions already put in place?
