Mayanja misled public about Buganda’s rent demands

According to Bugaya, the issue of property in Buganda Kingdom was first addressed under the 1900 Buganda Agreement, which, inter alia, addressed institutional and private land ownership.

Bugaya says Mayanja ought to know that the issue of constitutionality of the provisions of any Act of Parliament is a matter of interpretation by the Constitutional Court.
