Makerere University should reinstate Prime Time at the Pool

There should be no reason whatsoever for the university leadership to stop Prime Time because it does not directly benefit Pastor Ssempa as an individual, but it benefits the student community. Against the popular opinion that undergrads are mature, these students need a lot of guidance and counselling, and Prime Time was perfect in this.
