Kiteezi deaths: Another indicator KCCA does not care about safety

I have written this before, and I will continue to add a voice that the safety culture in Uganda is so bad. It is possible for a developer to put up a sh10b infrastructure without minding on the safety apparatus and systems like fire systems, drainage, etc.
