After Florence Nandede and John Bosco Mugisha won electric cars courtesy of Mandela Group and Linglong tires, another promotion was launched with three cars to be given away.

Unlike the previous promotion where one had to buy two Linglong tires, this one has been made easier for clients. One needs to buy only one linglong tire and enter the draw.

Mugisha and Nandede urged the public to participate in this promotion because it is real and conducted by a reputable brand.

They also added that new electric cars are the order of the future and should be embraced earlier.

"You do not need lubricants and fuel. Charging is available at City Oil stations and we are working to add more charging stations around that country so that when one is going upcountry, there are no fears that he will lose power before they reach their destinations or fail to return to Kampala," he said.

Former Federation of Motorsport Clubs of Uganda (FMU) president Dusman Okee also urged Ugandans to embrace these cars because they protect the environment.

"Electric cars are the way to go because they are inexpensive to maintain and in the protection of the environment they take the lead because they produce less fumes," Okee noted.

Linglong Vice President Aaron Xu and Africa Sales Director Karthy Kao launched the new promotion at the Group's head office in the Industrial Area.
