Alex Obonyo, the NFA Kisindi Sector manager, said the suspect whom he identified as Fr. Roggers Matovu Alituha, was arrested from his timber yard at Rwemisanga Parish in Kyangwali Sub County by the NFA team on Sunday, January 28.
