Mengo Secondary School conserving the Environment despite high population

One of the most well preserved trees in the school is a Mango tree planted bySir Edward Muteesa in 1955.

GREEN-UG | MENGO SECONDARY SCHOOL 

Despite having  a high population of over 5,000 students, Mengo Secondary School still manages to remain a shining example to other schools about the importance of environment conservation.

This culture is entrenched in the school's fabric, even to the extent of  including it in the school rules.
