Hundreds buy impounded charcoal in Gulu
Most of them said they heard the news through radios that on September 9 the office of National Forestry Authority Gulu will be auctioning the impounded bags of charcoal.
At the moment, a bag of charcoal goes for between sh80,000 and 100,000 depending on the size which rose from sh45,000. (File)
