Former Rwenzururu royal guards receive amnesty certificates
The royal guards had been arrested in 2016 along with the Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu (OBR) Omusinga (king), Charles Wesley Mumbere Irema-Ngoma during a joint security raid on his palace in Kasese municipality.
