Market turnover dropped to sh19m from yesterday’s sh179m with 76,170 shares traded across three counters during the trading week.
According to a market report from Crested Capital, Umeme traded sh14.2m from 47,600 shares at sh300, MTN moved sh4.1m from 24,650 shares, declining by 1.04% on its share price to sh170.09 and Stanbic Holdings exchanged sh82,320 from shares at sh21.
The USE ALSI index rose by 1.19% to 1,106.01 while the C10, Crested’s local companies’ index declined by 0.56% to 93.69.
