There is no need for anybody to own a gun - Museveni

Museveni has warned Ugandans owning guns on claims that they are protecting themselves against their harsh neighbours from DRC, Kenya and South Sudan. 

The President is currently traversing northern Uganda where he is meeting leaders to discuss the problem of cattle rustlers.
