EDUCATION | MRS. MUSEVENI | MAKERERE UNIVERSITY 

KAMPALA - The First Lady, also the Minister of Education and Sports, Janet Museveni has Tuesday (May 17), 2022) inaugurated new buildings at Makerere University and laid foundation stones on the ongoing construction of two other projects.

The minister laid the foundation stone for the School of Law building and for the reconstruction and restoration of the main administration building that was gutted by fire in September 2020.

Mrs Museveni also inaugurated the Central Teaching Facilities I & II and the School of Dentistry building.

The Minister was accompanied by the Chairperson council Lorna Magara, Vice Chancellor Barnabas Nawangwe, among other council members.
