URA wins $400m case against Tullow

Uganda Revenue Authority has won the $402,095,366 (about sh1 trillion) capital gains tax dispute against Tullow Uganda Ltd and Tullow Operational PTY Ltd.

This means URA can now collect over sh1 trillion in taxes from Tullow, following a ruling of the Tax Appeals Tribunal.
