BACKGROUND

John Snow, Inc. (herein referred to as • JSI"), is a leader in the field of international public health and is currently implementing the Regional Health Integration to Enhance Services-North, Lango (RHITES-N, Lango) Project, funded by the USAID. The project will improve the use of integrated health services in Northern Uganda's Lango sub-region and strengthen the health system to sustain gains made by earlier projects.

This procurement is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and is subject to all applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and AID Acquisition Regulations (AIDAR).
