Bid Notice – Invitation for Bids
Oxfam is an international NGO confederation that works in over 90 countries to find lasting solutions to poverty, inequality and injustice. In Uganda, Oxfam started work in the 1960s and since then it has continued implementing both development and humanitarian projects to support practical innovative ways for people to lift themselves out of poverty and thrive.
The Government of Uganda in partnership with the Federal Republic of Germany are funding a Refugee Response Fund (RRF) in Northern Uganda in the Districts of Yumbe and Arua. The RRF was established to support sustainable and longer-term solutions and to address the immediate needs of refugees and host communities in Uganda. The project follows the Government of Uganda's Settlement Transformation Agenda (STA).
