Masaka Regional Referral Hospital is in the process of prequalifying competent firms, companies and individuals who will be called upon from time to time, to quote/bid for the provision of Goods, Services and works during the Financial Years 2018/19, 2019/2020 & 2020/21. Masaka Regional Referral Hospital now invites competent firms, companies to submit sealed qualification submissions for the following lots: CLICK HERE FOR MORE ON THIS NOTICE 

Pre-qualification submissions will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 of the Government of Uganda. Pre-qualification is open to all eligible Bidders.

Interested eligible firms, companies and individuals may obtain further information from and inspect the pre-qualification documents at the address given below from 8:30am to 4:30pm on official working days.

The pre-qualification documents in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Shillings Only) for each lot applied for.

The method of payment will be payment directly to the cashier and a receipt will be given showing the company name, amount paid and the lot applied for. The document will be hand-picked by the representatives of interested firms. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
