Uganda at coffee, tea expo in Russia

The Embassy of Uganda in Moscow in collaboration with the Uganda Coffee Development Authority are showcasing coffee at the Coffee and Tea Expo taking place from the 15th to 17th March 2018 in Moscow Russia.

Uganda Coffee Development Authority ( UCDA) is one of the major exhibitors at the Expo.

The UCDA delegation is led by Hajji Ishak Lukenge, who is a member of the Board at UCDA.

Samson Mpiira Akankiza, the Coffee Sustainability Manager and CORE Project Coordinator at UCDA, participated in the cupping event on Friday, which exposed the participants to the "black gold of Uganda"

The event  gathered Coffee and Tea lovers, drinkers, producers, conglomerates of buyers and all other stakeholders in the industry from all over the world.

The Expo is a great platform and an opportunity for Uganda to tell the world about her coffee and tea, seek partnerships and business opportunities.

Igara and Kanyonza Tea are also exhibiting at the expo.
