My husband is too nosy

I have been living with my husband for three years and he is good in many ways but too nosy.

I have caught him many times checking my bag and phone. The first time I saw him checking my bag, he said he was looking for a USB cable to charge his phone and I didn't take it serious. 

However, I have realized he does it a lot because I always find my bag disorganized.

What could he be looking for, doesn't he trust me?

How do I confront him?
