There was drama at Mawundwe village in Malangala Sub County on Monday when three people got stuck in a Vanila plantation where they had gone to steal.  They were unable to move until the owner arrived with police that took them away.

Godfrey Ssetuba, the LC 1 chairman of Mawundwe noted that people at his village for long been complaining about thieves

"People in these villages grow a lot of fruits, they keep animals but there are many thieves and this is why Ntege decided to look for a way of fighting them," Ssetuba said.
