Deputy speaker commends UPDF

Oulanya while presiding over the signing of a book titled ‘’ Black Hawks Rising’’ authored by a re-known writer Opiyo Oloya in Kampala commended the book as a true depiction of the success story of the UPDF in restoring peace in Somalia.

The deputy speaker of parliament Jacob Oulanya has commended the role of the UPDF to guarantee security in the region.
 
Oulanya while presiding over  the signing of a book titled ‘' Black Hawks Rising'' authored by a re-known writer Opiyo Oloya  in Kampala commended the book as a true depiction of the success story of the UPDF in restoring peace in Somalia.
 
He said people should read such success stories to appreciate the role of men in uniform for their contribution towards the stability they enjoy.
