Bakamutumaho wins Entebbe Mug of Mugs tourney

The Apells took two prizes but it was Bernabas Bakamutumaho who returned 68nett that won the overall gong at the Castle Lite Entebbe Club, June Mug of Mugs golf tournament played on Saturday.

Playing of handicap 14, Bakamutumaho beat over 50 golfers to the top prize walking away with a brand new golf bag and trophy.

Edwin Tumusiime, Dennis Onyango and Tony Kisadha were the top players in the men's Group A while Peter Apell who topped group B had his wife also winning a prize in the ladies Group A where Irene Nakalembe emerged best with 65 nett.

Joseph Salani and Fred Kasumba finished second and third respectively in Group B, while Andrew Ankunda, Stanley Muhwezi and Dan Kajungu were the best in the men's Group C.
