Power 86 Falcons 51

JKL 94 Nkumba 57

Right from the start of the new National Basketball League season, coach Arnold Lando's side has proved to be one of the league favourites, winning all their games so far.

Power started with a sweet win over defending champions the City Oilers 60-56 before they beat UCU Canons, Our Saviour as well as Pemba Warriors and this time Startimes Falcons was out to halt that run on Wednesday night at YMCA.

It wasn't to be as Power thumped Falcons 86-51 to claim yet another win thanks largely to Micheal Makiadi's heroics.

He nailed a game high 25 points and 11 rebounds to guide his team to victory with Fahmy Sebatindira chipping in with 15 points.

Bernard Okumu and Navi Owori scored 19 and 12 points respectively for Falcons but it was not enough to stop Lando's rejuvenated side.

JKL Dolphins also barely broke a sweat against Timothy Odeke's Nkumba Marines in a 94-54 win; their second of the season.

JKL's Phillipe Jeane and Ferdinand Odama nailed a game high 20 and 18 points respectively.

Ndayi Malvin made 13 points while Marcus Leo added 12 for Nkumba.
