Transformer accident victim nurses fractured limbs

Her husband, John Kigozi Ssebaggala, told New Vision on Wednesday morning that she sustained two fractured limbs. She was also bruised by shuttered wind screen glass.


A Kabojja International School teacher who was hit by a transformer on Tuesday is still in much pain especially in the chest.

"She is still admitted in the emergency unit," Ssebaggala said.

 



In a very unusual way, Rose Ssebaggala escaped death when an electric transformer collapsed and hit her vehicle along Dewinton Road in Kampala.

She was been rushed to Mulago Hospital in critical condition.
According to an eye witnesses the woman had just dropped her son when the incident happened.

Richard Kigozi said when her mother dropped him for work, he suddenly heard something fall and on rushing to the scene a transformer had fallen on his mother's car and she was yearning for help.
