The Government of Uganda (GOU) has received Credit from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of the third phase of the Energy for Rural Transformation Project (ERT III) and intends to use part of the proceeds of the Credit towards payment for Consultancy Services to review the certification process and to identify skilling avenues that can be followed to scale up the number of certified installation permit holders.
