The Uganda Communications Commission has observed that a number of Broadcasters have been alrtng programs about the Incidents that happened In Kasese. Whilst the Commission is cognizant of the obligation of broadcasters to inform the public about current affairs, Broadcasters must take note that they are supposed to always ensure that their programs are in line with the minimum broadcasting standards as enshrined in section 31 and the fourth Schedule of the Uganda Communications Act 2013
