Chinese Ambassador Zhao Yali honoured

The outgoing Chinese Ambassador to Uganda Zhao Yali hosted guests to a cocktail party at his residence in Kololo, Kampala on Tuesday to commemorate the chinese national day. The party was graced by many dignitaries, including the Vice-President Edward Ssekandi, Deputy Premier Kirunda Kivejinja , Minister of Information Technology and Communications, Frank Tumwebaze and Deputy Speaker Jacob Oulanyah .
