He urged the patients to be close to God

The chaplain of Teso College Aloet (TCA), a secondary school in Soroti district has appealed to government to consider building prayer facilities in hospitals in a bid to bring church services close to patients who can't move far for prayers.

Joseph Aupal said the admitted patients in the hospital are limited from serving God because there are no churches inside the hospitals where they can go for prayers.

According to him, God is the first healer to trust in and he believes that if government builds churches in health centres, Gods power will prevail and people heal easily.

He is optimistic that medics and patients will effectively serve God if churches are availed in the premises of health centres.

Aupal however urged the patients to be close to God in order to get healing while receiving treatment from the medics.
