Getting to the helm of a reputable organisation may seem an unreachable goal for pupils who start out in rural schools. But in December 2014, one woman broke the glass ceiling in the "the journey to the top".

From a starter school in Manafwa district, Irene Muwanguzi climbed through to the office of the managing director at the Uganda Printing and Publishing Corporation (UPPC) to steer the over 113-year-old corporation forward.

We have these answers in the lead story of New Vision's Her Vision pullout on Tuesday. Do not miss a copy of the leading daily for this tale of inspiration and more.
