Hamis Kiggundu to lose Ham Towers over debt

A few years ago, the whole of Uganda was watching in shock a young man who rose from anonymity to fame  in an instant because of the massive investments he had put all over Kampala and the humongous mansion he owns just at the shores of Lake Victoria. All this happened within barely 2 years.

This gentleman Hamis Kiggundu even won a tender to develop Nakivubo Stadium. Now that's power my friend, real power.

The bad news coming in is that the land title for his Ham Towers opposite the Makerere University gate has been repossessed by a Kenyan bank that loaned him up to $2 Million and has not been paid back.
