The Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development in liaison with the Ministry of agriculture, Animal industry and Fisheries is planning to undertake Value chain studies of selected agricultural commodities with the aim of identifying factors constraining the optimal performance of selected commodities in agriculture sector in the country
The Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development derives its mandate and functions from the 1995 constitution of the Republic of Uganda and other related subordinate laws, including; the Pubic Finance Management Act (2015) and Acts establishing Agencies and Auxiliary organizations.
