Uganda Virus Research Institute (UVRI)

UVRI has signed a MoU with the International Center for AIDS Care and Treatment Programs (ICAP) of Columbia University to conduct a national Population-based HIV Impact Assessment (PHIA) in Uganda. This survey will provide critical information on the state of the HIV epidemic in Uganda and help shape policies and programs to address the epidemic. Under this cooperation, UVRI intends to recruit the following personnel on a one-year contract, renewable depending on availability of funds.

All positions are based at Entebbe.

1. Job title: Grants / Accounts Assistant ( 1 position)

Reports to: Grants Manager

2. Job Title: Laboratory Information Officer (1 position)

Reports to: The Information

Technology (IT) Manager

3. Job Title: Logistics Assistant (1 Position)

Reports to: The Project Manager

4. Job Title: Driver (1 Position)
