Over 600 residents at Port bell landing site in Luzira, Nakawa Division in Kampala, are in fear over the increasing water levels of Lake Victoria.
Floods have displaced people from their homes, leaving human and toxic waste floating on stagnant water as latrines and houses get submerged in water.
Residents are in fear as a health epidemic of disastrous proportions could break out anytime soon.
