Willy Kitatta’s pursuit of European golf success continues this month as he competes in various Pro tour tournaments in Europe.

The national team golfer flew out on Monday night to Germany in time for the Praforst pro golf tour due July 11-14.

After the Germany tournament he will head to Poland for the Lotus Polish Open at the Sand Valley Golf and Country Club in Pasłęk before he returns to Germany to compete in the Castanea Resort Open, July 21-23.

The Knapen trailers and Hilti, and Eskom sponsored golfer will then warm up for the Augsburg classic  on August 11-13.

While away he will miss out on local tournaments where he has always excelled. Kitatta will miss defending the Eskom Open at Jinja club July 11-12 and the JBG open at Entebbe Club on July 5.

“My target is to make cuts in at least three of these tours so that I can permanently play their as a professional,” Kitatta said before he left.

This will be his second time to compete in Europe as he looks forward to turning pro.
