In order to strengthen its capacity to execute its mandate, UCC intends to acquire an intelligent telecommunications network monitoring/verification solution (INMS).
The intelligent network monitoring/verification solution will be used for such regulatory functions as Quality of Service and Experience Monitoring and telecommunications traffic verification
