The fight for the posts of new NRM parliamentary commissioners has gathered steam at Kyankwanzi NRM retreat with eight MPs eying the three slots for NRM.
The MPs eying the seats, according to sources, include the three incumbent parliamentary commissioners who want to retain their seats namely Jalia Bintu, Emmanuel Dombo and Chris Baryomunsi.
The new ones who want to contest are James Kakooza (Kabula), Kabakumba Masiko (Bujenje), Milton Muwuma (Kigulu south), Saleh Kamba (Kibuku) and Rose Akol (Bukedea), sources said.
