MBARARA - Vision Group company secretary, Gervase Ndyanabo, on Friday commissioned a multimillion-shilling facility that will house the media company’s TV West, Radio West and Orumuri offices at Booma Hill in Mbarara Municipality.
The opening of the new offices excited staff of the three platforms in western Uganda.
This was on the eve of the 16th anniversary of Radio West, established in 1999, and later bought by Vision Group.

While commissioning the facility, Ndyanabo commended workers of the three platforms for their commitment to working hard, something he said has enabled the media company to commission such a big project.
“You deserve to have a better working environment because you have been doing well and we believed in you,” he told members of staff.
“That’s why we are able to commission this project. The management of the Group is very happy about your work.”
However, he told them that company expects more from them in order to be able to establish more facilities and improve other elements.
