A fashion show to launch Mr. Price, Mr. Price Home and Bossini was held last Thursday at the store's home in Acacia Mall last week. There were only designers tasked to showcase their crafty abilities off the store's clothes in a bid to take home a cash prize of sh4m.

The designers of the night were Brenda Maraka, Brenda Nambi and Raphael Kasule who had to bring out the best in the models on casual wear, office wear and a little bit of jewelry before the night's judges Sylvia Owori (fashion designer) Morris Mugisha (model and former Big Brother Africa representative) and Bossini's Jeddidah Thotho.

Nambi won the money because she skillfully converted what looks slight and insubstantial on casual and office wear into fashion gold. Owori said, she understood the theme better than her rivals, especially Maraka.

Kasule took home s2.1m on the night and only Maraka left empty handed. There were a number of catwalk competitions for the guests and those who won, got money to spend at Mr. Price shop.

The main performance came from musician Juliana Kanyomozi who sealed off the night with Kibaluma, Woman and her other songs.
