EAAPP increasing the cassava production in Uganda

Uganda is working to increase the availability of the improved cassava breed which is resistant to cassava brown streak. Using funds from the Eastern African Agriculture Productivity Project (EAAPP) Uganda which is hosting the  cassava centre of excellence has already come up with NASE14 a variety that is resistant to brown streak disease.
