For many women, shopping for bras can be both an exciting and daunting experience. It can be exciting because there are many designs and colours to choose from and daunting because getting the right fit and cut to suit her body and different outfits is not easy.

Most women love bras that will make their cleavage look bigger so it appears attractive but instead end up buying bras that squash their breasts, which is not only unhealthy, but unsightly as well.

On the other hand, some choose bras whose colours clash with their clothes, while others have to deal with getting a bra that can be worn with any dress or blouse, made of sheer fabric, whether it is low-cut, bare back, or strapless.

In comes the freebra, which takes care of all these issues. The freebra is a strapless bra that has an adhesive surface, which sticks to the breasts. It is made using silicone, which adjusts to one’s chest, making it a perfect fit every time the bra is worn.

According to Margaret Kisakye, a beautician at Pinto’s Boutique in Pioneer Mall, Kampala freebras are stylish and comfortable. Kisakye adds that freebras can be used to enhance one’s cleavage, especially when wearing dresses or blouses with a v-shape neck.

To enhance the cleavage, all one has to do is place the cups of the bra more towards one’s sides such that when front clasp is snapped, it will create the illusion of a ravishing bosom.

Freebras usually come in the nude colour and are seamless, making them suitable to be worn under any outfit.
Planning a wedding? You need to include freebras on your budget. They blend well with vests, half dresses and bare-shoulder tops.

There are two types of freebras. The freebra strapless bra, which is is made using silicone only and sticks to the breast. The other type is the freebra strapless bra light, which is made from a mixture of fabric and silicone and is not as flexible as its counterpart.

Unlike other bras, freebras can only be washed with mild soap, cold water and dried in the shade because the sun destroys their adhesiveness.

According to Kisakye, one should not apply fragrances, perfumes and other skin care products before wearing the freebra to ensure that it adheres well to one’s breasts.
