I''m afraid she may leave me for someone richer

Recently, my girlfriend suggested that we formalize our relationship by holding a tradition introduction ceremony. I welcomed the idea because I love her. I promised to formalise our relationship after completing the master’s degree I’m pursuing.

I met my girlfriend when we were both at university and we have been dating for four years.

Recently, my girlfriend suggested that we formalize our relationship by holding a tradition introduction ceremony.  I welcomed the idea because I love her. I promised to formalise our relationship after completing the master’s degree I’m pursuing.

She was not happy with my response and is putting me under immense pressure to hold our introduction ceremony right away.

Her family, especially her parents and sisters, know who I am and that I plan to marry my girlfriend. My girlfriend knows that I’m financially unstable, but she has insisted that I have to raise funds for our introduction ceremony by whatever means possible.

She has also threatened to find other means to get the money for the introduction.

However, my worry is she might get it from other men. On a number of occasions, I have found out she was involved in intimate relationships with other men, although she keeps swearing that I am the only man she loves.

I am worried also that she might be involved with another man, who is financially well-off and wants to hold a traditional introduction ceremony.

Should I continue with this relationship or call it quits even without finding out if she is involved with another man?
