Grace Nakimera gets Kiboko Group deal

Do not be surprised when you next hear singer Grace Nakimera singing a song unlike her usual songs.

We have established that the Kawonawo singer has struck a deal with the Kiboko Group to sing the first ever corporate anthem that is expected to promote unity and aid the social health campaign Kiboko is currently involved in to
promote hand washing in schools.

The song was launched Friday at the Commonwealth Resort in Munyonyo, as Kiboko Group, a manufacturing company that deals in electrical, agricultural, construction and general merchandise like soap, was celebrating 20 years of excellence.

The event, where Parliament Speaker Rebecca Kadaga wasl guest of honour, attracted various national and international personalities, and singer Nakimera was the headlining performer.

Nakimera will also make some appearances at some schools as Kiboko hands out soap to 200 schools in 32 districts across Uganda as part of the hand-washing campaign. Congs, Grace.
