The High Court in Kampala is set to visit the scene of crime where Kampala businesswoman Jackline Uwera Nsenga is accused of killing her husband, Juvenal Nsenga Kananura.

When the case came up for  hearing Monday morning, both prosecution and the defense agreed to visit the scene of crime at 2:00pm on Monday to physically ascertain what caused the death of Juvenal Nsenga before hearing continues.

They said they would be accompanied by the presiding judge Duncan Gaswaga.

Meanwhile, the trial judge adjourned the case to Tuesday when Uwera will give her defense.

In a new amended indictment, prosecution led by Susan Okalany alleges that Uwera on January 10, 2013 at their matrimonial home in Bugolobi, a Kampala suburb, with malice aforethought, caused the death of Juvenile Nsenga.

Prosecution alleges that on January 10, 2013, Uwera returned at their home of residence in Bugolobi at around 9:00pm, parked her vehicle Reg. N0. UAL 933M outside the main gate and pressed the bell.
