That even rats and cockroaches could tell the paternity of Shanita Namuyimbwa, a.k.a, Bad Black’s newborn baby will gain more gossip gongs than when she was pregnant was a benign guess.

But we must confess the notch the cords have hit have taken us aback. Suddenly, names no one had ever linked with the socialite have materialised from ghetto to downtown and might soon sweep the corridors of Parliament.

For one who has reportedly seen more c*ck ends than weekends, the list has grown from the eight as revealed by estranged boyfriend, Meddie Ssentongo, to nine, with another man coming out.

Latest information obtained by The Kampala Sun indicates that Kim Kibirige, popularly known as Kim Swagger, is the likely father of of Bad Black’s baby number three.

As the saga rages on, Bad Black is adamant she is not giving anything away, saying she is reserving her right to privacy. She insists that to speculate on the facts can only cause people to form the wrong conclusions.

However, in an exclusive interview with The Kampala Sun, Kim Swagger, a Jose Chameleone tag-along who by average Kampala standards lives the life of a hustler, spoke of the possibility of fathering Bad Black’s latest bundle of joy.

The 26-year-old, whose claim to fame and main ticket to Kampala’s social party circuit is as Chameleone’s designer, speaks of receiving a phone call from Bad Black on Monday morning, informing him to go to hospital and visit his newborn daughter in the Gangaben Madhvani private wing of Nsambya hospital.

“She called me to deliver the news but I was first hesitant. She immediately revealed that she was surprised and disappointed in me for having the audacity to deny the paternity of the child. She is aware of my financial status, and insisted she was accurate and fair to her child,” Kim Swagger revealed.

He said Black made it clear to him that she will be raising the child alone and his paternity would end at child-naming. She even intimated to him that she’s really looking forward to a new chapter in her life as a single mom.

Secret liaisons
Kim Swagger admitted to having made out with Bad Black only once after a champagne and alcohol-fuelled night at Ange Mystique in Industrial Area.

This claim is corroborated by a bouncer at Ange Noir, who points to a particular night when Bad Black in a drunken stupour showered Kim Swagger with money.

The bouncer says the two reclined to the washrooms where they unnecessarily spent long.

He adds that there is a tendency in these big night clubs for patrons to tip bouncers, to guard the washroom doors as they make out. It could have been that one such incident that led to the fruits.

Greenhalgh goes AWOL
Although David Greenhalgh took charge at Nsambya Hospital, barring journalists from getting access to Bad Black and “their” newborn daughter, he has since gone missing at the hospital, leaving Bad Black to clear the bills.

By Wednesday evening, Bad Black was still holed up in the hospital over unpaid bills totalling sh2.7m. She was supposed to be discharged Thursday 10th May 2012 as both baby and mum were in fine condition. Ironically, Kim Swagger was hesitant about footing the hospital bills, saying he could only do so after obtaining DNA test results to prove paternity.

The debate of the real father could come to rest following the wide outcry that wondered how the white Briton Greenhalgh could father a pitch black kid. Others speculated that the child belongs to Meddie Ssentongo, Cranes player Eugene Ssepuuya, Nigerian musician, Mr. Flavour Nabania.

At the height of their romance, Bad Black was once overheard asking Meddie at Club Rouge when he would be ready for them to have a child. “Naye Meddie ompayo ddi owana, nga nkwagala nyo?”(When will you give me a child, I love you so much?)

According to sources at Nsambya, Bad Black was induced to give birth at seven months as she developed complications and couldnt hold the foetus longer. The baby has since been placed in an incubator.
