EDITOR—The people who knew exactly what took place in the last days and hours of Kabaka Edward Mutesa II are unfortunately dead. Those people were George Maalo and Major Katende. Even the lady at the centre of this unfortunate episode, Tatu Sekanyo, is also dead.
EDITOR—The people who knew exactly what took place in the last days and hours of Kabaka Edward Mutesa II are unfortunately dead. Those people were George Maalo and Major Katende. Even the lady at the centre of this unfortunate episode, Tatu Sekanyo, is also dead.
However, I am sure that the late Maalo and the late Katende must have recounted their recollections to the present Ssabasajja Kabaka of Buganda, whom they subsequently worked for. Anything else is utter speculation from third parties—people who were not actually there.
